What does the process look like?

Typically in the beginning we have weekly therapy sessions and its tapered to bimonthly and so on as we progress to later stages. The duration is different for individuals and can range anywhere between months to years.

How do I book the first session?

All you have to do is reach out and I will share the consent form to you over email/whasapp to sign. Post which we could find a suitable slot and get started on the first session.

What if this does not work out?

Finding a therapist can be hard and rarely things may actually not work. Even in these situations we can always discuss it openly. Based on things that did and didn’t work I can surely help you find a good therapist that works for you from my network of trusted therapists.

The first session can be a different experience for every client. However, the one experience I’d want everyone to have in the first session would be that of being heard and a will (a fleeting one even!) to give the process a shot.
If you are here, it tells me that you feel like you require some help and I’m here to provide it. In therapy you come as you are and there are no expectations apart from making it to the session.
I work across all diagnosis and age groups. I’m especially interested in working with ADHD, Substance use/ addictions, and social/religious minorities. I have experience working with queer as well as transitioning individuals. As a therapist I also sometimes have to engage in advocacy for my clients to provide the required support.
I have a drive to provide the best quality care to my clients. This has enabled me to never shy away from any kind of work be it on my skills or even on myself. This has inspired me to grow personally as well as professionally.
